• Where is the store based?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  RTS (Ready to Ship) orders ship between 3-5 business days in most circumstances. Custom orders have a turnaround time of 15-20 business days. Most orders are fulfilled more quickly than the estimated TAT, but due to life happening, we would rather you be happily surprised than disappointed.

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  Post office deliveries are running behind so please be patient. Oftentimes the postal workers themselves have no idea why it is happening or where your package is. It will show accepted into the system and then disappear until delivered.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Message us about shipping or for a custom invoice sent directly to you. Our shipping is set up as an estimate for international orders at this time, but feel free to contact us before placing an order to double check. Once the order is placed, it's weight and size will be put into the USPS online shipping calculator and you will receive an invoice for the shipping difference, if any. This invoice must be paid before order is made.

• Why is shipping so high?

  Storenvy allows us to charge either flat rate or per item. I have the shipping charge set for $9 (or $15 for orders containing candles due to the actual cost being $16+). Postal rates are rising each year, and oftentimes shipping is more than is charged. Overages of over $1 will be refunded.

  If you are planning on placing a very small order, contact me and I can build a custom invoice through Paypal or a special listing with a smaller shipping fee.

• I didn't like the scents I chose. What can I do?

  Contact me! Always feel free to reach out and express concerns. I welcome feedback. If something was completely different than in the scent list, I need to know, and I rely on customer feedback if something goes wonky. Everyone's noses are different and scent is highly subjective, so no refunds will be given if you don't like the scent. If you've never tried a type of scent before, I recommend purchasing a small amount first or the "sniffy sample" listing.

• Why do you charge a handling fee on top of shipping?

  Good question! The $9 shipping usually is lower than actual shipping cost. Orders average $11 in actual shipping, so I'm personally covering the rest. The handling fee is the website fee and changes per order. The options I have are raise all prices to balance it, or let the exact fee per order be charged. Not included in shipping or handling is the price for packaging supply costs (stationary, tissue paper, bubble wrap, air pillows, etc), website cost, and the gas to get to the post office in a rural area.

  If you prefer a direct invoice, screenshot your cart and email it to me. It'll bypass the handling fee on your end, but then I'll be paying PayPal's invoice fees.

• I want to see certain scents, products or samplers offered but you don't sell them

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
